I never lost a thing and recovered it. I twice lost umbrellas and once a scarf. And I got back just nothing. They send you always the same ready-to-send email: “we are closing the case”
The staff are very patience and attentive. I lost my phone a month ago on my way home so I tried my luck to find it here. Unfortunately, they couldn't find it, but one of the staff, Shane, tried his best to find places where my phone might be collected. Thanks Shane for the help!
