I highly recommend Arthur . I had a few hypnotherapy sessions with him and achieved great results. I also did my research about hypnotherapy before I even booked my first appointment. I think it's important to do so, because the more you believe in it (the more proof you gain from the research online) the better outcome you will have.

Finally, I found a therapist that focuses on results! Anxiety was starting to get the better of me, and counselling wasn't making things any better. This guy is amazing, i had been suffering from depression for many years, have been to many specialists and they only prescribed some anti-depressants that didn't work. I was thinking about ending my life, i have never believed in hypnotherapy or alternative medicine. But i had no choice but try.
