I was a patient of Cathal’s for roughly 6 months while he was treating a shoulder injury I had from lifting weights. He’s extremely knowledgable and thorough in his assessment. The treatment plan was tailored to my particular injury, and the exercise regime and was really easy to follow. Not only was I able to fully recover, but Cathal gave me plenty of tips and techniques to include in my workouts moving forward to keep me from any further injury. Would recommend!

Cathal has been incredible helping me through a knee issue I have been dealing with for years. I had accepted I would have to deal with the pain but over the past few months the pain has decreased steadily till it is now gone. I 100% felt that the program Cathal created and kept modifying for me was totally tailored to me and my needs and not just a template. I am now able to do things such as jogging that I didn't thing I could ever do again
Cathal was great helping me through a knee injury. He did thorough testing in the gym and gave me exercises which helped me get to playing football pain free
