Cathal has been incredible helping me through a knee issue I have been dealing with for years. I had accepted I would have to deal with the pain but over the past few months the pain has decreased steadily till it is now gone. I 100% felt that the program Cathal created and kept modifying for me was totally tailored to me and my needs and not just a template. I am now able to do things such as jogging that I didn't thing I could ever do again
Cathal was great helping me through a knee injury. He did thorough testing in the gym and gave me exercises which helped me get to playing football pain free
I had been suffering from pain and stiffness in my right ankle before seeing Cathal O'Kane at this clinic. Cathal has been brilliant. He diagnosed the main issue quickly (plantar fasciitis and ankle weakness from pronation and flat feet) and proscribed a number of foot physio exercises, that increased in intensity over a few weeks.
