I have been treated by Connor Keane who has been superb in understanding and dealing with my problems. After two visits my pain has reduced substantially and I have an exercise plan that is helping me enormously. Highly recommended.
I see Conor at SPS and he is awesome. I get shockwave treatment and dry needling which he always knows exactly how to treat my injury and explains clearly what the issue is. He also provides rehab exercises and alternative exercises for me in the gym. I highly recommend Conor.
Conor has been putting my knee back together the past 9 months after getting hit by a car. We went from absolutely no knee movement - not even bending! - to running a half marathon and participating in a HYROX race. Recovery has been a smooth experience despite my inability to listen to instructions with Conor’s patience and expertise. As the younger kids would say, Conor, you’re the G.O.A.T.
