Absolute scam! Sydney Movers and Packers lured me in with fake promises of “affordable moving services,” then charged $1200 in hidden fees. They scratched my furniture, broke glassware, and even lost two boxes. When I asked for compensation, they laughed and told me to “take it up with the office,” which never answered. This company should be shut down immediately.
Beware of Sydney Movers and Packers — this is a scam run by Defrant. They quoted me $500 for my move, then once my belongings were on the truck, they suddenly claimed “additional charges” for stairs and distance, turning it into $1200! They refused to unload until I paid. My boxes arrived damaged, several items missing, and no apology or support afterward. I feel robbed. Please don’t trust this company.
Sydney Movers and Packers tricked me into handing over $350 and gave me nothing close to what was promised. They didn’t bring proper packing materials, they rushed everything, and they even left some of my items behind. The movers themselves were rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the missing items, they refused responsibility and told me to “file a complaint online” which, of course, they ignored. Total scam operation pretending to be a moving company.

The movers were careless, scratched my walls, damaged my bed frame, and still had the nerve to demand extra payment before finishing the job. I tried contacting their office, but the manager was rude and basically told me I wouldn’t get a refund. I feel completely cheated. Please don’t make the same mistake I did — find a real moving company.
