Fantastic and fast service, very happy with results.
They replaced the screen on my damaged S9 tablet. They charged reasonable service fees and were upfront about the cost of the part (unfortunately OLED tablet screens cost a pretty penny). The price was comparable to Samsung's authorised repair service. The service was very fast (within 48 hours) and convenient. I've used my tablet daily for a month now and can confidently say it's as good as new.
After having a horror experience with another repair store, the team was able to solve the problem with my phone in less than 24 hours. Communication was excellent, managed my expectations and gave a clear indication of what needed to be done and was transparent about pricing. They have access to micro-soldiering equipment for more complex repairs (like what I needed), and are able to do motherboard level repairs. my samsung phone had a shattered screen and was bent, had it in my pocket, and sat on it. they did an INCREDIBLE job to fix it. IN at 10am, OUT by 3pm, BRAND NEW. screen and frame. THE BEST, HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 STAR. 10/10
