Basically a scam. They allow enrolment and payment for non-existent classes and refuse to issue refunds.

THERE IS A REASON WHY ITS CLOSED for classes! What an absolute disaster of an organisation. I was attending a Croatian course. The WHS (buckled carpet/broken furniture/ dirty rooms) risks alone in the class rooms should have been reason enough to close this operation. Last minute cancellation calls for classes, errors about scheduling almost weekly! I missed 2 classes due to administration errors regarding date changes! Disappointed. Sort by recent reviews before enrolling. They are extremely disorganised. Class was changed and rescheduled several times at the last moment. We did one class then they cancelled it. Took a month and several follow ups to get a refund. Would actively not recommend.

Seems very disorganised and confused. Website is wildly inaccurate. I was signing my children up for the holiday program and opened the chat to ask the agent a question and she started talking about how they only do online courses now, which was confusing as I was just at the final step to click pay for an in-person holiday program that was listed and enrollable on their site. As far as I can tell I was about to pay hundreds of dollars for a program that didn't actually exist.

I am happy with the quality of teaching and assistance from Dr. Na Pham. During the course, she has professionally taught me the importance of word choice and accuracy in translation. I was not hesitant to contact her as she created a very open and supportive environment.
