Went in with a completely buggered phone, and Jacob was an absolute life saver! The battery was going to explode and the back was smashed to bits and he managed to fix it all in 30 minutes. Please please go to this store! Absolutely amazing - fixed the phone and saved me from thousands of dollars apple fees and also maybe an explosion
