I had such a great experience with Joanna and with results, having gone in for help with falling asleep at night (insomnia). Her office space in the city is very cosy and comfortable; for me, it was perfect for relaxing and undergoing the session. 1st hypnotherapy experience and it's been amazing ! I went there for focus, balance and sleeping issues and it helped a lot. I definitely recommend it.
Highly recommend Joanna, I saw Joanna several years ago to help with fear of flying. I now enjoy flying including overseas travel. I have been seeing Joanna recently to help with stress and anxiety. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I left our session feeling like I had been in a day spa.
