WARNING.....Took our money, and did not provide the service. He did not turn up at the time we decided upon, as we had a flight to get, so we called to find The phone numbers on the paperwork were disconnected. So we got another shuttle (that we didn't need to pre pay) We have tried to get our money back, he refuses too. Do not use this service, he makes you pre pay and doesn't show up. BEWARE.

Absolutely awful experience with this place. We booked a shuttle from the airport. Called when we arrived 5 minutes before our booking time and we where told the shuttle will be another 30-45 minutes. After 25 minutes we called again and where told it will be another 30-45 minutes. Person on the phone was very difficult to understand with only 2 in 3 words making sense. It was stressful and not the experience you want when getting of a plan in a strange place. Charged 2x and refused a refund for 1 of the transactions. They said "its not our fault you." even tho they can clearly see the same name, same person, same day, same time. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Totally unethical and wrong. If you're in Sydney and need a ride, choose a company with better customer service.
