Lovely people, but the sofa didn't last. I really appreciate how polite and helpful the owner/team were, but sadly the couch deteriorated much faster than expected. It lost its shape towards the end of the first year, and now at 2.5 years, the springs are sticking out everywhere. Update (in response to the owner): I’ve uploaded a full photo of the couch as well as the picture from your website to help jog your memory.
