I'm not one to leave negative reviews (please refer to my 444 other Google reviews to verify this) but on this occasion I feel it is both justified and necessary. After twice purchasing 3-month packages with SFC at Brookvale (and by the way enjoying the floating experience very much) I approached SFC with a genuine enquiry/complaint about being overcharged once the 2nd 3-month package had expired. Misleading opening times! I signed up expecting them to be open 9am til 9pm. I've even booked online (already paid via my subscription) showed up and they were shut! What a joke!!!!
I have been going here for many years. When I first went it was amazing. The last 3 times I have been (over 18 months) have been a real let down - recently last week (when I couldn’t get the horrid smell off my face from the towel, I stayed for 20mins, got out and left). The smell of the towels is appalling (forget the fact it’s now the size of a hand towel), the patch up jobs on the tank is obvious (room 1) and what used to be a relaxing and tranquil chill out room with water and tea is no longer.
