I have had been very fortunate to have studied with Suzy and Ken for the course 'Foundation of Awaking'. I highly recommend it to anyone that wishes to delve deeper into their spirirtality. It was quite a journey with a wonderful group of people. Ken and Suzy are patient and very knowledgeable. Their guidance throughout the course made it very interesting and interactive 💕
'Foundations of Awakening' with Suzy & Ken was inspiring and thoughtfully designed. It helped me gain deeper self-awareness, clarity, and practical tools to stay grounded and mindful in daily life. I finished the course feeling more centred and connected with the universe.

There’s simply not enough stars, LOVE THIS PLACE. I call it my zen den. I’ve been coming for EE sessions for the last few months after being diagnosed with stage two cancer. The EE for me is so special and takes my pain away, just magical. I cannot recommend this place enough. The people of SHEH are all outstanding.Thank you Marie, Suzy, Dr Jenny, Ken and Pat!!!
