Amazing service, had a lovely man come & do measure & leave quote. I was happy with it & made a call, put down a deposit & I got a call the next week & a very efficient man came & had blinds up in 15-20 mins. I am so happy with the blinds. Exactly what I wanted. 😁
I paid a total fortune for barrier screen sliding doors and delivered the doors in the incorrect colour. The quality of workmanship was an embarrassment to the brand. After I sent them pictures, they replaced the doors in the correct colour but the replacement is not usable because it catches on the existing fixed glass panel. We did not have this issue with the door they originally supplied in the incorrect colour. We had other blinds damaged with scratches. Metal shavings left on the floor after installation.
