The Physiotherapists, Vivien and Drew, at PhysioChoice Lindfield are fantastic! Thoughtful and experienced in combining traditional therapeutic, clinical treatment with Pilates through either the small reformer classes or the mat classes. 29 December 2022 update - returned from an appointment with Drew Howlett for lower back pain which had bothered me for days - affecting my mood. Drew Howlett spent an hour solving the problem and I had a perfect restful night’s sleep- thank you Drew. I have attended Pilates classes with the highly personable Physio’s at this practice for several years. The individualised Pilates programs make a significant impact to ongoing strength, balance, minimising/ preventing injuries and overall wellbeing. Shout outs to Drew & Amy for Pilates plus the odd tune up session when needed! Satoko for best therapeutic massages…. Very capable caring, patient and lovely team across the board especially when you’re injured and recovering/ rehabilitating 10/10
