I was unsure about what to expect from going to this, but it's nothing short of mind blowing the night and day difference in how I felt walking in and walking out. The acupuncture triggered my body to release energy in the form of shivering, which is an also known as a dorsal vagal response. It was my body releasing all the energy that was stored up. and a few hours on from my apt, I feel honestly so zen. I feel so calm. I feel relaxed, my mind feels at ease.
