Sycamore Integrated Health is the best! I feel very comfortable with all the staff there. They are extremely kind and you can tell they love what they do. Kristina really helped me turn my health around and gave me confidence I need for the rest of my life. I would recommend them to anyone!
I have been going since November 2025 for weight-loss. The health coach Kristina is amazing. She encourages you, has a very positive and energetic attitude, never makes you feel bad if didn’t make a goal. She helps you get right back on track. I am down 40# since I started. Not only is Kristina super friendly, the staff you schedule with is just as amazing. If you need help in your weight loss journey.. I would 1000% recommend Kristina at Sycamore Integrated Weight Loss Center!!!
