I have been seeing Josiah at Sycamore Health for a while now and he is excellent, a genius at troubleshooting what is going wrong with my various injuries and providing really effective treatment, as well as home exercises that make a really noticeable improvement. I felt like previous Physio’s generally gave me the same basic exercises but his recommendations feel more targeted and much more effective. The other staff at Sycamore are always lovely too and the location is convenient. Very happy with the service!
Excellent staff! Highly recommend anyone who needs a physiotherapist to talk with these people as a first contact.
