The team at Sycamore Health Morayfield are extremely professional and will make you feel at home as soon as you walk through their doors. This was the first place I called when my back went out. I was so lucky. Then to have my knee replacement and all the physio I can’t praise the staff here highly enough. Very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this practice to everyone
Darcie was absolutely fantastic and helped me when no one else had been able to. I had been to multiple other practitioners for the past 12 months to fix my knee injury and pain to no avail. Within weeks Darcie had me on an exercise plan, massage and stretches and has gotten me back to being able to live my life again without pain! It’s rare to find a practitioner who actually listens, fixes injuries and is always up for a chat and a laugh!
The reason behind my rating is not due to the physio services rather the strict late fee. My 17 yo son has been attending and unfortunately got caught up at work today and forgot to call in to let them know that he wouldn't make it and was charged for the full service over the phone, i would have expected a somewhat smaller fee. I completely understand that no shows are terribly bad for business but for a first time offence to be so harsh is not a great way to build business either. My first visit to Sycamore health was delightful. The online booking service was quick & super easy. The staff were warm and friendly. There's plenty of off-street parking and so easy to find. The practice is clean and inviting. Mitch is not only a fountain of youth but also knowledge & expertise. I left feeling so much better and fully armed with the tools and knowledge to continue my recovery. Thank you!!
