We provide excellent customer service, top of the line service, and expert trail advice. We also have a variety of hardtail and full-suspension mountain bikes in our rental fleet. We encourage our customers to come on group rides with us, which we have weekly. Our shop has a coffee bar "Crank Coffee" in house to refuel after a ride.

I needed help reinstalling my derailer on my Megatower (Eagle AXS) and these guys took care of me and got it done in 3 minutes. Didn't even charge me. Awesome shop with awesome employees.
It’s hard for me to leave a negative review, but this one is justified. I spent $1100 at this shop buying a bicycle online on 11/4. I specifically asked how the bike would be shipped (UPS, FedEx, etc) to which almost immediately was told my preference of UPS would be used, and they could ship same or next day. I then asked if the bike was NEW or used as an in store demo / test ride bike. I was told NEW. Which it was not. Nice folks in service (Eric and Riley) who stayed engaged with Specialized to diagnose and update my Como 5.0 software issue. Thanks guys! Also updated my Vado 5.0 and checked belt tension. Would recommend.
Dropped off a wheel to get 1 broken spoke replaced, it needed to be ordered, after 3 weeks no update, stopped by to check and they had not even ordered the spoke yet! It's not like they are that busy and no urgency to get it repaired. Glad I didn't buy my wife's bike here instead going to the pisgah hub instead.
