I love this bank. I opened a business account here a few months ago and Patrice and Christy have been so wonderful. All of the staff are so friendly and accomodating. Wonderful customer service! Plus I love getting a coffee while I'm here!
I love my bank, but the older lady with the short white hair is so rude. She acts like everyone who walks in is a damn criminal. I won't ever come back to this location and Honestly I hope it shuts down
Two older tellers in there are COMPLETELY RUDE! .. I refuse to ever give them anymore business at this bank this was my first and last experience at the Southaven bank location! It was NOT pleasant in the least bit!
