Took my sons 3 day old iPhone 15 Pro to SY Tech for screen and body replacement after an accident. Told two weeks to fix and to pay $600 up front for parts. Two weeks later received text outlining issues with his ‘boss’. Check of shop showed completely closed and emptied. Phone calls go unanswered. If I could lower than one star I would. Now have to chase up through centre management. Not happy.
I asked to fix my laptop screen. They asked me to pay the component in advance. No problem. First They ordered the wrong PCs. I had to wait 1,5 month to have the new one. In the meantime very poor customer service with no calls or updates. when the item arrived they fixed it. But while doing it, they broke the rubber gasket of the full screen. Still they charged me full price also considering the delay. They said sorry. But I don’t recommend using them to other people
LIES LIES LIES. Just like a lot of other people, it seems, this bloke Ken will take your product and ruin it then tell you it has to go back to the manufacturer. I gave in for a screen replacement last June (that didnt work properly) and I still haven't got my tablet back. Now going to small claims to try and get back something. DO NOT GO TO THIS MOB. HE WILL STEAL YOUR ITEM AND RIP YOU OFF. No calls to try and fix the situation. I just got fed up with being lied to over and over.

this place is horrible bad service always lying been going back and forth for two months saying that my daughter i pad will be fixed first it was the motherboard he sent it to samsung which was a lie then he said he sent it to somewhere else that said it turns on went in on the 12th december 2023 saying it doesnt turn on i took the ipad back took my money and told him i will go somewhere else stay away from this place never go there he will take your money and not fix anything how do i know if he put in any new parts he must... read more
