Bought several items, good quality, arrived on time.
Poor shipping container, the sword came damaged. No response from customer service.

This is the best business to buy a knife. The customer service was outstanding. I was told my order may be delayed due to some moving distribution centers in the Atlanta metro area. That is was ok. I would highly recommend doing business with them.
