I have owned 5-6 pairs of their sunglasses, the “Nashville” being my favorite. Lots of bang for your buck with High quality materials/lenses, and even higher quality customer service! Can’t thank the guys and gals at Swoon enough!
Great staff, more than reasonable prices, quick turnaround time, and superior customer service. They also take the time to fit the glasses to you after they come in to make sure they are a great fit. So many options to pick from too which is the hardest part of the process.
Great customer service! I live out of state and ordered a pair of sunglasses. I submitted the wrong RX (My fault) and they were so kind to exchange and remake with the new RX. The process was smooth and fast. Thank you Swoon! This was my second pair from you guys and will definitely not be the last!
I cannot say enough positive things about Swoon! Jane went above and beyond to help me find the perfect glasses, and Brad took the time to explain what lenses I needed and what could be done to help with all the issues I struggle with!
