DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!! At first they are good but when the settlements start coming in you can't get any answers. Shadey dealings.
Im really beginning to have doubts about this law firm. I speak to so many different people I don't know who's who anymore. But I am keeping track of all the names of the persons I have spoken to and copies of every single settlement offer. Ridiculous!!
Unfortunately my experience with SWMW hasn't been a great one and it continues to be terrible. It's been 3 years now since a settlement was reached and over ten months since the EC awards were determined and I've yet to see a single dime. Other claimants have already been paid all if not some of what's due to them but not me. Furious. Expect stall tactics, poor communication and outright lies from this "people-focused" firm.
These fellows are anything but expeditious. I've been with them for years, and initially received a few checks (which netted me about 20% of the settlement amounts). The last few months I have signed affidavit after affidavit after affidavit, with little to show for it, to the point I've just begun trashing them. I haven't received a check from them for many months, or even a call to update me. Should I hire a lawyer to audit my lawyers?
