Bought a house that had one of these boilers in it. Only used the oil burner. DO NOT buy this unless you're doing the maintenance and repair yourself, nobody wants to touch it because it's a unicorn. Had multiple HVAC techs out and after seeing it they refused to work on it. Talked to Mr Switzer and he said he would find someone or do it himself but he didn't find anyone and then he stopped returning my calls. I ended up disconnecting and putting in a new boiler. Now I have a giant boat anchor taking up space in my basement.
