Our previous CPA retired and merged their company with this one, now we are left with horrible/lack of communication—we had to go into the office to actually speak to someone after several promises to return our calls leading up to when taxes are due (and they’ve had our paperwork since February). Beware they are filing extensions for a lot of their clients on tax day. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Wow, I wish I could give them 0 stars....THE WORST customer service I have ever received. I dropped my documents off in February, I didn't get them back until May 15th. Can't wait to see my late fees! My taxes were so basic I wouldn't have gone to them if it weren't for 1 thing, and that had to do with an inheritance. They NEVER called me once during that time! Please heed the advice of these reviews and save yourself the time and heartache! The service since the merger with another firm has plummeted Impossible to get return phone calls, emails etc.. as a small business owner, this is the least professional firm we have dealt with over our many years in business. Awful!!!!
Like many others, we followed our accountant here after the merger, before his retirement in 2023. I guess we were used to customer service. This firm will "ghost" you and provide zero communication. It took 2 months to get our returns finalized, after numerous phone calls and emails. We never talked to any accountant, even when we picked up the returns. I rated them a "1" star because "0" was not an option.
