Tried to get service here but I was informed by Shannon Switzer that she’s apparently for Africans only.
I cannot praise Shannon Switzer highly enough. She prepared documents for my father who just moved to California to live with me. He is on hospice. She understood the urgency and delicacy of the situation. She treated him with dignity and kindness.
PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING. Shannon Switzer lacks the mental inhibition that prevents you from committing fraud. She took a letter for someone that died 4 years after my mother did and put my moms name on the document with a fake date. This document prevents me a beneficiary from taking any action of contesting the trust in any way. I highly recommend that if you are a beneficiary of a trustee that Shannon is counsel to that you hire an attorney and have them thoroughly examine any correspondence you have received from this di... read more
If you are a trustee and are looking to get away with inheritance fraud this is the place, in particular Shannon Switzer is an exceptionally sneaky snake.
If you are looking for an estate lawyer that takes your money, but does not follow through with any of the legal work, this is your guy. My Uncle died two years ago and this guy has barely started the process of getting the beneficiaries of the estate the gifts my Uncle left them. Some of them are in their 90's and this lawyer has more excuses than seems possible!
