Fabulous business! I was gifted an old e-bike from Switched On Cycles, and more than ten years on the bike is still speedy (yes, that's with the original battery!) and reliable. These are clearly high quality bikes. Simone has helped with troubleshooting when I've done something silly. In addition, when my rear rack broke after I grossly over-loaded it, Simone salvaged an identical rack from a bike that had been written off in a car accident, and sold it to me at a bargain price. Fabulous business! I was gifted an old e-bike from Switched On Cycles. When the rear rack broke, I got in touch with Simone to enquire whether I could order another one. The rack is no longer manufactured, but she salvaged an identical rack from a bike that had been written off in a car accident, and sold it to me at a bargain price. That has kept my bike on the road, and I'm very grateful to her.
After a recent accident, I needed a new frame for my e-bike. Simone sourced me a new, suitable frame, and arranged for her technician to attach all of my components to it. Within a week I was riding away on my good as new bike. Amazing service, and at a very reasonable price for all the work involved. Thanks Simone and Switched on Cycles! Bought this bicycle second hand from switched on cycles less than 8 weeks ago after a one day free trail. It's the most comfortable bicycle I have ever ridden. It is extremely easy to ride, and I have never enjoyed riding any bicycle this much, and as a result I am riding so much more and riding almost everywhere.
