We rented a car from Switch Cars for 10 months and had an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. The cars are well maintained, reliable, and serviced promptly whenever needed. We have used Switch Cars for the past 10 months, mainly dealing with Amy. It has been so easy to deal with them, quick responses, friendly, always doing what they can to accommodate. Exchanging cars has always been really easy. It helped us settle our family into Perth, and would highly recommend to anyone needing a leased vehicle. Amy also gave great suggestions for purchasing our own vehicle, and we ended up purchasing from one of her recommendations.

Highly recommend this company, I applied on a Tuesday and was set up and in a new car the following day. Service provided was exceptional, will be using them while I’m here for the next 3 years

We currently have a long-term rental car subscription with Switch and could not be happier with the service. Dealing with car rentals is usually a stressful process, but the customer service here turned it into an absolute breeze. Amy who looked after us was amazing—she took such great care of us, showed incredible kindness, and had a wonderfully helpful attitude. We truly appreciate your hard work. 5-star service all the way!
