Van was waiting at airport when we arrived. Two days after pickup, we had an issue with one rear brake pad. Called them and they drove 3 hours to exchange the van. Made the rest of the trip with no issues. Very happy with their customer service.

YASH , is the man took really good care of me and my family, was fast , professional and friendly. We booked last minute and was still able to get us hooked up with a 15 passenger van.

Great experience. Everything went very smoothly. Picked up the van in the Denver airport parking garage and returned to the same spot. Will definitely book again with Switchback for our next ski trip!

Switchback Van Rental is fantastic. Customer service was flawless and everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. I book a 12 person van for a bachelor party ski trip on the mountain. Picking up the van at the airport was a total breeze, van drove great with no mechanical issues and returning to the airport was just as easy. I highly recommend Switchback if you're traveling with a group. Everytime I called, a real person picked up the phone, which is rare these days and greatly missed. 5/5 stars!!!
