Worst experience Ive ever had. Laura Mora is so quick to make a sale. Ive been looking for curved couch for sometime. I was delighted to find it with Switch It. Laura Mora jump on texting me..confirmed delivery and sold to me. Paid $600 for a "model home" couch that was repaired. I was told it was sewn in one spot, but I have ten 6 inch tears that come unsewn. I have had it repaired twice in 3 months... and was told I am unable to get my money back. I've filed a claim on my credit card purchase protection and think these couches were more than just a "model home" couch. They were defective. Buyer Beware.
