I ordered several switch plates to match my stone fireplace wall. They are just gorgeous! And such a speedy delivery. Several were even on back order, but we’re sent very quickly. I gave them five stars!

Very poor customer service. I purchased 2 double switch plate covers, which when I received, were very different that the design photo shown on the website. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the artist changed the design and no items were in stock that matched the photo of what I thought I had ordered. This message was sent 2 minutes after I submitted my photo, so obviously they did not check the stock. No refund offered. Must pay to return item that is not representative of what I purchased. I ordeedr 2 - double switch outlet covers. Figured they would come by ground, parcel post and I would get them in 4 to 6 weeks. They came within a week, postage was reasonable and the covers are beautiful. I will be ordering from Switch Hits again.
