Supervisors refuse to report equipment failures which is insubordination Company lacks structure the vehicles are inoperable 90 % of the trucks have air & fume leaks the dash boards are not visible with lights to read gauges properly. Company car still rolls while in PARK it hard to work in bad weather windshield wipers don't work no ac no heat as well.
