I ordered an item in August 2019, have exchanged over 50 emails with the company and STILL have no product nor a refund. I get a different person answering emails every week. It's a joke. Now they're saying their system can't refund me. Such BS. WARNING, do NOT do business with this company. Rating? I gave them 1 star by mistake. They shouldn't have any.
I ordered a product online and was sent wrong product (unusable cheap junk). They refuse to send proper product or refund. Do not do business with this company.
Bags took several weeks to arrive. Bags do not close-- none worked. I contacted the company, and they would not refund product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Actually less than one star! I bought some silicone zip lock storage containers. They don't work, poorly made and came in plastic zip loc bags! Worst purchase ever! Never buy anything from the place! It's all crap and you have to pay the shipping back to China if you want to return defective merchandise!
