Philippe is one of those rare craftsman who masterfully rebuilt our rickety antique French rustic farm table and chairs. He studied the rustc craftsmanship of the hand hewn pieces and reconstructed them to perfection. He restored our beautiful table and chairs so they are sturdy and usable for another 300 years. He is very talented and personable, and cares about his work. He will not compromise quality. We highly recommend him for antique and fine furniture repairs and restoration.

I recently used Philippe to refurbish my solid teak coffee and end table. In addition he also refurbish my cherry wood bedroom furniture. He did an excellent job, the furniture looks brand new. Philippe is very punctual and professional. I highly recommend him.

I brought 5 (out of a set of 6) utterly destroyed teak dining room chairs to Philippe to see if they were repairable. To my surprise and delight he said yes! The job was a testament to his skill and craftsmanship. The attention to detail such as veining in the repaired areas resulted in a finish that perfectly matched the one good chair. They felt as sturdy as new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final results!

One of the legs on my dining chair broke during my move to Florida. Swiss Woodwork did an excellent job with the repair. Took under two weeks and much less expensive and less wasteful than buying a new chair (which they don't make anymore anyway).
