Multiple unenjoyable issues in my short time living here. Truly cannot wait until my lease is up.
By far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in!! So quiet and the townhomes provide SO much space. It was really difficult to find a private living space and a fenced in area for my dog. The townhomes are more like individual houses due to not shared walls. They are also super updated and nice. The employees have been wonderful and so responsive, especially Melissa. Our internet wasn’t working and she called spectrum herself to have it resolved. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in Louisville.
I lived here for 8 months and I loved it. They are very fast if it comes to any problem with the house. Love the garage for my car and it locks. Great location and peaceful area.
We were very happy with the Swiss, the leasing/management office, and Melissa in particular. Our daughter lived here for a year and we have nothing but great things to say about the place. It was clean, safe and the management communicated consistently and thoughtfully and were prompt and helpful in all regards. We highly recommend.
