Update on 9/2/2025 and there is still no communication from Farm Stores. Even contacted the BBB and they didn’t even respond to them. Swiss Farms sold out to a company that doesn’t even care about their reputation or their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous! I had downloaded the Farm Store App due to the benefits it offered. I have over $25 in my account and would like a refund, due to being told back in April that all the location in Delaware County do not take the app ... read more
