If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Let me just say that this is the worst possible daycare center around and I have no idea how they are still in business other than the fact it’s a corporate business and everything gets brushed under the rug. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE OR ANY CHILD THAT YOU CARE ABOUT. I have had issues here since my child started in December. My grandson was ready to make new friends and get ready for Kindergarten. Our neighbor offered the Swiss Avenue Kindercare as a fantastic place for Z to prepare for “big school.” I visited with the owner Ms Jamie and was pleased to see all classes staffed appropriately and kids that were busy and happy. This center has been great for my little one. Initially my little guy had a bad case of separation anxiety and was used to staying at home with his parents because of the pandemic, but this center managed to get him introduced and acclimated gently. The teachers were wonderful in keeping him distracted and happy, now there are no tears at drop off and he loves seeing his favorite teachers in the morning. Our 7-month old daughter has been at Swiss Avenue Kinder Care since January and loves it. She is excited to go every day, she loves her teachers, and we love the app. We get daily photos of her, and her teachers are always doing interesting and engaging activities with her (puppet shows, reading books, sensory play, etc.). She comes home happy and tired (in a good way--this tells me she hasn't been bored) every day. I have also found the center very communicative and easy to work with.
