I was extremely disappointed with the customer service purchasing Christmas decorations here the other day. I went in asking for one of their Christmas elves in a particular size, as I could only find the very expensive larger ones. I was told by the sales assistant that they only had the large size. I was not sure if I wanted it as it was very expensive, she was extremely pushy and made me feel as if I had to buy it.
