Absolutely great customer experience here! Their furniture range is great quality, and well priced but beyond that, Erin’s customer service was first rate. She was tremendously helpful in facilitating a ‘try before you buy’ home viewing so my wife could be certain that the furniture would match our decor - standard practice I believe. I can thoroughly recommend Swish for their range of quality furniture, and exceptional customer service.

I have just received my 2nd piece from Swish Homewares and I can highly recommend the team, in particular Erin and Sam. Nothing was too much trouble, they managed the entire process with the warehouse, delivery drivers and happily swapped out a piece from their storefront to accommodate me. Erin and Sam as well as the delivery team, were polite, super helpful and there was clear communication throughout from all involved. Much appreciated!
I couldn’t be more happy. The Warriewood staff, in particular Erin, were tops with communication and assisting us with the sourcing of the exact furniture piece from their factory - that we love! It’s just arrived and it’s perfect. All the staff at Warriewood are very informed, answering all my questions.
