I emailed through the website to inquire about pricing. Shannon replied very quickly with exact pricing for what I was looking at. She was very helpful and prompt with all follow up questions. I ordered and had delivery scheduled in less than week. The installation crew arrived when they were scheduled and completed the install in the rain (though I insisted it would be ok if they needed to reschedule). The swing set looks great, is a great quality and my daughter loves it!
