I recently purchased an in ground Goalrilla Basketball hoop and pole from Swingset Warehouse and it was a fantastic experience. I was able to view the various options on their website and then I called their sales rep Shannon who answered all of my questions and then processed my purchase. I also had them do the install of the hoop, which was easy to set up and was done around my schedule. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
Great experience from start to finish! The team arrived right on time (John the installer was great) and did a fantastic job installing our new swingset. Everything looks great and was set up exactly as expected. Highly recommend! Kids are going to love it
Simply the best. The ladies in the office know their swing sets which made the process easy. Tuesday we looked at the demo selections on site, got great pricing and went back Thursday to order. To make things better they had our choice in stock, they were able to deliver and install that Saturday. Thank you John and his partner for installing it so fast so my son could enjoy it that afternoon. Definitely the place to go for swing sets.
Sue was very knowledgeable. Swingset is well made. John the installer was friendly and did a fantastic job start to finish! We were also glad they offered a yard check prior to installation as the yard is on a hill. The whole staff was very experienced and helpful with layout, etc. Thank you Swingset Warehouse!
