Phenomenal experience working with Swing Time. Kent and Natalie couldn't have been better to work with. Kent came to our house to do a site inspection and gave us some great ideas and they built the play-set to fit our backyard. If you are contemplating getting a play-set, do yourself a favor and hire Swing Time.
Swing Time Outdoors provided top notch customer service, amazing quality of product, and were so great with communication. They even worked with us to customize based on our budget. We are extremely pleased customers! Highly recommend!!!
We are so thrilled with our swing set. They customized it for us perfectly. My husband is HARD to please, and even he was impressed. Natalie was wonderful to work with and they didn’t make us pay the balance until every single piece was in stock and on the swing set! This will be a treasure for years to come.
Called Swing Time about a month ago about advising me on replacing the in-ground steaks on our almost 7 yr old playground set. Natalie from ST said it was still under warranty and that the could come out on a month to replace for FREE as a courtesy. I was skeptical (because a lot of times people don’t follow through) but OMG the guys from ST just showed up and spent 10 mins on checking ALL the bolts & screws and replaced the steaks.
