Owner came to our home walked the property and helped us plan exactly how we wanted a custom set installed. Never had an issue with follow up or response via email or phone when I asked a question. I was appreciative of how respectful the crew (Kent and Ryan) were of our time and property during installation. Swing set is really sturdy and looks fantastic. Kids love it.

Phenomenal experience working with Swing Time. Kent and Natalie couldn't have been better to work with. Kent came to our house to do a site inspection and gave us some great ideas and they built the play-set to fit our backyard. If you are contemplating getting a play-set, do yourself a favor and hire Swing Time.
Swing Time Outdoors provided top notch customer service, amazing quality of product, and were so great with communication. They even worked with us to customize based on our budget. We are extremely pleased customers! Highly recommend!!!
We are so thrilled with our swing set. They customized it for us perfectly. My husband is HARD to please, and even he was impressed. Natalie was wonderful to work with and they didn’t make us pay the balance until every single piece was in stock and on the swing set! This will be a treasure for years to come.
