This guy accused me of stiffing him several times and under paying last year. None of its true. We agreed on a price every year and I paid it. Just admit when your wrong about something. Maybe apologies 🤷♂️ nobody's perfect.
Brian sent me a rude aggressive email. He accused me of shorting him on last years payment. I used his service 5 years straight and paid the agreed upon price every time. After realizing his mistake rather than admitting it and apologizing he said ether way go somewhere else. Okay Brian... I'll do that
I have use Brian as my CPA for years. I have been happy with the service I got up until this year. I had Brian file an extension on my 2022 and asked in the same email to have him file an extension on 2023 taxes on March 7, 2024, well before April 15. I heard nothing from him and made multiple calls to his secretary who supposedly relayed the message to him, again, before April 15. Just got my taxes done yesterday for the first time by Swinford. Brian was great, efficient, quick, answered any and all questions, and super friendly! The lady at the front desk (Donna) was also very helpful and quick to help me upon walking in! Thank you Swinford Tax! I will see you next year!
