Can’t answer simple questions, took 20 minutes to make a cashiers check because they couldn’t figure out how to print it. Incompetent employees never answer the phone.

My friend wrote a review about the bird stuck in the drive thru and the response to her review made it obvious that the review wasn’t even read. A generic copy and paste reply was posted. Someone needs to help that bird!!!!
Being at the drive thru Friday seen a bird trapped in the bank pole I had mentioned to the teller. She says yea we know and nothing we can do he found his way in there has to figure out how to get out. I called and reported it and nothing has been done. I ask that the maintenance guy or manager be notified to help release the bird. She totally dismissed me and turned the camera off on me in the drive thru.
