I have typically had good experiences at fulton bank locations especially my local one. I decided to stop in this location on a Saturday afternoon (within 5 minutes of closing) since I was in the area and wanted a couple statements printed. I was denied because they were within 1 minute of closing. The guy told me it takes about 5 minutes to print and then his co-worker (a female) said it takes 20 minutes. Can’t answer simple questions, took 20 minutes to make a cashiers check because they couldn’t figure out how to print it. Incompetent employees never answer the phone.

My friend wrote a review about the bird stuck in the drive thru and the response to her review made it obvious that the review wasn’t even read. A generic copy and paste reply was posted. Someone needs to help that bird!!!!
