Highly recommend! Communication was clear and pricing of anything they would do (or you want). My bike was in need of repair for too long, thought it was unfixable... New gear system and 2 new brakes later, like having a new bike again, incredible! Only downside, the person that served me seemed a little uninterested, felt awkward trying to talk!
Super friendly and professional staff, no request to big or too complicated. Staff bent over backwards to ensure they could get a specific component ASAP, can not thank them enough 🙏
I recently visited Swindon Cycles and was thoroughly impressed by the first-class customer service I received. From the moment I entered the shop, Stephen provided excellent advice as I considered purchasing another bike. He also kindly checked over my current bike and made some adjustments, which I greatly appreciated. Absolute legends, great conversation on the phone prior to buying a bike. Very helpful and personally delivered my bike fully assembled to my city. Once delivered, I was given a full run down on the bike from a top bloke. Definitely recommend this place!
