I’ve had a amazing/great experience at this swim lap and highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their swimming technique or ensure their little ones learn how to swim. The instructors are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and create a supportive environment for our little one. I highly recommend this location!
We recently moved to Sugar Land and were looking for a swim school for my child, who had previously been enrolled elsewhere for 12 months but had taken a 3-month break. When we came to enroll her, the staff insisted she go into a class without an instructor for the assessment. I simply asked for a coach to be present for the first 5 minutes to help her adjust to the new environment, but they flat-out refused. The owner and instructors are very attentive. We especially love Ms. Luna! She is always so gentle and kind and knows when to challenge the children without being too pushy which ables the little swimmers to trust when learning new skills. The front desk attendant, Ty, is always so friendly, helpful, and cheerful! I always appreciate the feedback she gives. The owner is always engaging with the swimmers.
