We liked this place when we had a consistent teacher. We withdrew before the holidays, but my kiddo wanted to go back because she liked the most recent teacher she had and wanted to give it another try. I’ve tried calling for about a month and the phone number has been disconnected, and nobody emails back. Your patrons deserve to be notified of your closing! Now we are looking for somewhere else to go. Really unhappy with this experience.

We really enjoyed going here. But they decided to close unexpectedly and then cut off all means for contacting them. They closed without a refund or guarantees that my billing would be stopped.
We brought our granddaughter here and the instructor was not prepared to deal with a 4-year-old, it was a rough lesson so bad we asked for a refund, and we left before it was even over. No one ever bothered to call us back or even try to help they just took our $$ and ghosted us, beware of this place.
Summary: To the owner of this place, please fire your manager and entire staff, and start fresh. or close this place plz. * poor management * rude front desk staff * non-chalant teachers * miscommunication amongst the team * no progress for the kids We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we had to part ways. Many of the staff lack social skills or any sort of emotional intelligence. You're lucky if they answer the phone.
