I called and canceled at the end of september, and apparently they said they would cancel and didn't and continue to charge my card fraudulently. They kept my son in the same level for months, even though he had passed all of his skills and they just didn't realize he had. The Parent Tot Classes are pointless. There are no lessons. They just supervise you teaching your own child. I will never bring my kids back here.

Our family has had a great experience at SwimLabs. My kids have liked their instructors, and they are significantly more confident in the water since starting lessons and now have much more fun at pool parties. My kids are a little older taking lessons (thanks, Covid) so they are in lessons with kids younger than them, sometimes by a few years, but it hasn’t been an issue. Progress is measured regularly and recorded in the parent portal, so I can see how they are doing and remind them beforehand what they need to work on for... read more
