We were referred to this swimming lesson program by a parent and initially had a positive experience, but three months later, the class size exceeded the instructor's capacity, putting my six-year-old son at risk of drowning, as the instructor seemed uncertain of how to respond. It was extremely distressing to witness my child in such a vulnerable situation and feel powerless to intervene. I love the staff over at Swimlabs! Mrs. Kim is very hospitable and extremely knowledgeable regarding the art of swimming. Our family is enjoying our experience there.
We love this place! My son gets all the attention he needs with the amazing instructors. He loves coming and is gaining the confidence he needs to be safe and efficient in the water.
