We initially had a great experience here, and my kids were making visible progress. However, things quickly went downhill due to severe instructor inconsistency—we seemed to have a different teacher every single session, which caused both of my children to regress. My youngest developed a fear of water, and because the staff lacked the continuity and patience to help rebuild his confidence or re-engage his interest, we had to unenroll him. This is a wonderful place for swim lessons. The staff are kind, welcoming, and very patient. They greet us by name every visit. There are many day/ time options to choose from for lessons. My daughter is 8 years old and we have tried swim lessons in the Germantown/Gaithersburg area before. This is the very best location.
