I've made so many calls that have not been replied to I can't even count. How do you do business and ignore your customers calls! So frustrating. They were very responsive when I was purchasing and called many times to get paid. Even asking to be paid the second to last installment before the pool was installed as our contract stated. They ripped up my septic connection costing me about $1000 so that is probably why they wont return calls our finish hooking up my pool.
